PROJECT SCOPE OF SERVICES
PHASE I PROJECT START-UP AND PRE-DESIGN
A. PROJECT START-UP AND PRE-DESIGN
1. K. Smith will meet with client representative to refine their specific space requirements and design needs to verify design intent.
2. Review and discuss with the Client the proposed Project Schedule and establish, budget goals and establish communication for the project.
Meetings: One (1) meeting
PHASE II SCHEMATIC DESIGN
A. SCHEMATIC DESIGN
1. K.Smith will prepare one (1) preliminary design concept for presentation and review
2. Minor adjustments will be made to the schematic design concept in order to arrive at Client approval.
3. Documented approval of the schematic design phase will be required prior to proceeding to the Design Development phase of work.
PHASE III DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
A. DESIGN CONCEPT
1. The schematic design will be further developed and finalized.
2. The Design Development concept will be presented to the Client for approval.
o 1 set of minor adjustments may be made to the final design concept in order to arrive at Client approval. Meetings: One (1) meeting
o NOTE: Any additional changes requested after the meeting noted above will fall under my hourly rate @ $175 per hour
COMPENSATION
K. Smith Arts requires 50% retainer to begin work
PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
The Owner agrees to acknowledge the professional services provided by the Consultant in detailed press releases, magazine articles, and other such publications where reference is made to the art consulting services performed by the Consultant relative to the fine art pieces provided.
PAYMENTS
Fees for services outlined shall be billed based on the completion of the following milestones:
50% upon execution of this Agreement
50% of the fee will be due upon Project Completion
Owner shall be invoiced along with Contract Agreement and again at completion/delivery, payment shall be due upon delivery.
